Associated Legendre Functions | Differential Equations
The associated Legendre functions - sometimes called the associated Legendre polynomials (although odd m does not result in a polynomial) are used in spherical harmonics. This video introduces the associated Legendre functions, which will be used in a later video for the spherical harmonics.
