I received the Peacock pickup as a gift from Mason Dixon,
so I compared it with the Burstbucker that was previously installed,
using the same guitar, the same amp, and the same hands.
Both are PAF-style pickups,
but their character is clearly different—
the attack, the density of the mids,
and what remains when the volume is rolled back.
This video isn’t about which one is better,
but a record of which tone fits which musical context.
