In 2017, during military exercises in Russia, a Ka-52 helicopter pilot accidentally fired two S-8 missiles at journalists. According to Russian sources, by incredible luck, all the journalists escaped with minor injuries. However, a civilian car and a mobile command post located at the scene were not so lucky.
