How to make a Giant M and M Cookie! tutorial

Check out this giant single serve M&M cookie! It's like a giant movie night cookie! :) I shared mine, because I'm generous like that :)

All you need is:
30g unsalted butter, softened
25g granulated sugar
25g light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
35g oats
50g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp cornflour
50g chocolate chips
50g M&M’s + extra for the top
Bake 170C (fan) 12-15 mins - let it cool fully on the tray before moving it
Makes 1
