FCC Commissioner Copps: Reclaim FCC Authority Over Broadband
The Federal Communications Commission released its Notice of Inquiry on June 17, 2010 that will ask for public comment on the best legal framework for carrying out the agency's National Broadband Plan to bring fast, open and affordable Internet access to all Americans.
FCC Commissioner Michael Copps offered testimony, saying the FCC needs to reclaim it's authority.
