EVERYTHING FROZEN IN THE SNOW CAMP
Hello. We're delighted to have you witness the memories we've created in the wild, capturing the moment by establishing a balance between the past and the future, the "here and now," which we've accumulated as memories and legacies for the future.
We're back with a new adventure. Our first snow camp with our caravan was quite challenging, challenging, but also beautiful.
As we explored our location, we came across a magnificent area where pine trees and a vast plain meet, exactly what we wanted. We were even more excited to camp here. However, we realized that while beautiful, this area was also fraught with risks and uncertainties. The roads could be completely closed at the point we wanted to enter. Based on the weather forecast, we took this risk and continued on our way.
As a first step, we detached our caravan from our vehicle and, risking the possibility of sinking the vehicle, drove across the region to find our caravan and camper tent. Although the ground was icy in places, we found a suitable spot after a challenging drive, explored it thoroughly, and then returned to the main road and retrieved our caravan.
Everything was fine at first. But as the sun was setting up our tent, a blizzard suddenly began. We couldn't even level the icy ground where we were trying to pitch our tent, and this made it incredibly difficult and tiring, and we didn't even get a chance to eat. This distracted us and we burned our carpet while setting up our stove.
Within a few hours, the weather worsened. Heavy snowfall combined with a powerful storm, dropping the temperature to -15 degrees Celsius. The roads were completely closed. The road we had driven to the campsite was gone. We woke up to a pristine white morning with relatively light winds. Everything, including our caravan and our vehicle, was covered in ice, so we couldn't open our kitchen. Thanks to a chemical mixture I'd prepared for such situations, we managed to open our caravan's kitchen.
But the real adventure began then, on the way back, on the road that was frozen and completely snow-covered. Uncertainty, excitement, and chaos reigned. Now, we leave you with these adrenaline-filled moments.
