How to format a flash drive from exFAT to FAT32
How do I format a 64GB USB flash drive or SD card from exFAT to FAT32? You can also format from exFAT to NTFS using the same method. Attempts to convert without using an ISO file failed. Or maybe it was a glitch with this particular flash drive? Have you encountered similar issues?
