Prism Roll Compactor with Inline Milling & Inline Granulator
Process for Inline Roll Compactor Machine :
• Raw material powder unloads in container.
• Powder suction from container to hopper of roll compactor by Vacuum Transfer System.
• Compact powder between counter rotations of two roll with high pressure.
• Compacted cake materials then pass through Pre-Milling and breaks into small flakes to enhance the Granulating process.
• After Pre-Milling process small flakes passes from Inline-Granulator, where small flakes of compacted cakes converted to granules as per the size of sieve.
• Then material passes through Double Deck Vibro Sifter where it’s Grading in Oversize, Intermediate and Fine granules.
• Fine materials will be recalculating for once again compaction process.
