There is such a cold pattern: in order not to degrade, you need to maintain the tone of your mind and body. If you want, he-he. The description of this pattern is often taken as condemnation. They say that the author deliberately presses on the conscience and complexes.

Imagine a traveler offended by a map of extreme terrain. It seems to him that the map is adding drama: rocks, swamps, thickets... But the map does not contain any evaluative epithets in the spirit of: "what a shitty terrain!" She does not criticize the landscape, but only describes the reality...

Self-development requires maintaining the tone of the mind and body.

This is not a moral or even advice. This is a description of a pattern. If it smells of condemnation, it means that you blame yourself deep down. So, even someone else's silence will seem like a silent reproach.

If you get stuck in a swamp - it's inconvenient. But it's not bad or shameful at all. It happens to everyone. And if you yourself feel scared, then there's no point in blaming the map. It only silently shows your current location.

If you don't want to know where you are, you can close the tab. The map will not impose itself.

But it is also pointless to justify life in a swamp. It "smells bad" of latent self-flagellation. It is this justification that compensates for it.

And in general, there are no "correct" directions on the map: you can move along the path of self-development, you can degrade - the owner is the master. Self-development is not a must. In the context of eternity, everything is equivalent. Whether Ivan Petrov, who lived five hundred years ago, was a drunkard or a hard worker, has long since become unimportant to anyone. Don't overestimate yourself.

Another thing is that you want happiness, right? And if you don't see how you are hindering yourself, ruining your body and mind, then the map of the path can tell you. Of course, you should also be able to read the map...

Another nuance. Sometimes you just need to get lost in order to more clearly understand yourself in the space of being.

Who am I? Where am I? What level?

It's like ski jumping: at first you quickly descend, everyone thinks you're about to crash, and then you suddenly take off.

That is, in order to win, you sometimes need to know the taste of defeat. Otherwise, your happiness will not mature and will remain childish. You can be a dependent lover, an alcoholic, a victim of circumstances, a sociophobe, a misanthrope - there are about seven billion options to suffer well. Perhaps you will draw conclusions and move on.

Alas, not every fall leads to an increase in self-development. And if you fall quickly and for a long time, you can: close your eyes so as not to notice the truth - it will become a little easier; or you can open your eyes wider - maybe you will find parachute rings. It's up to you.
