Tour : Google Developer Console: How to Take Snapshot of Existing Virtual Machine on Google Cloud @googlecloud @google

Step 1. Select Project
Step 2. Click Compute Engine
Step 3. Click Snapshots
Step 4. Click Create Snapshot
Step 5. Enter Name
Step 6. Select Source Disk
Step 7. Click Create Button

1.Select Project
Select Project in which your virtual machine exist. To play this tour at console.developers.google.com website, install guideme player from guideme.io and click on player icon at right side of console.developers.google.com web page.
2.Click Compute Engine
In the dashboard click Compute Engine. Here you can see all created virtual machine instances.
3.Click Snapshots
Click Snapshots to go to Snapshots panel. This can be useful for backing up Virtual Machine Disk, recreating a persistent disk that might have been lost, or copying a persistent disk. 
4.Click Create Snapshot
Click Create Snapshot option.
5.Enter Name
Enter Snapshot Name in the box. Name must start with a lowercase letter followed by up to 62 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens, and cannot end with a hyphen.
6.Select Source Disk
Select Source disk of your VM. The source disk is a VM Disk which you want to backup or take snapshot.
7.Click Create Button
Click Create Button to create snapshot.
