Printing a drawing fragment to a DXB file makes the drawing nearly impossible to work

00:00:22 - make sure that all the objects in the drawing are split into short lines (including hatching)
00:00:37 - installing a DXB plotter through the plotter manager and printing a drawing fragment to a DXB file

Output a drawing to the DXB (drawing interchange binary) file format to protect dwg files.
Makes the drawing nearly impossible to work
with, but you have technically sent the client a DWG. Just the mean streak in me I guess. Frankly I see little value in protecting drawings this way, but some of the people we deal with think that their work is so valuable that they stubbornly refuse to send dwg's (unless you pay them a fee at which time they suddenly cooperate.
It shares the following limitations of the ADI driver:
It produces 16-bit integer DXB files containing only vectors.
DXB output is monochrome; all vectors are color 7.
Raster images and embedded OLE objects are not supported.
The driver ignores object and plot style lineweights.
Bonus:
For the paranoid, by downloading LISP protect.lsp, you can further strengthen the protection when the lines turn into a lot of text characters " _ "
