The Elastic Mode in CorelDRAW helps create shapes that are different from the standard format of the selected drawing. With this mode, objects behave as if an elastic band were attached to the anchor points and controls of the object in question!
This can be done with vector objects by selecting all nodes (control points) or with an object using the Envelope Effects of the Envelope Tool, in particular, to apply it to your object!
