"3AM"會誕生的原因在於Aga一直也很想寫一首關於凌晨時分的歌曲：「我覺得凌晨時段對香港人很特別，因為是少數可以讓人靜下來的時間，你可以回想生活上的瑣碎，讓自己更了解自己。今次"3AM"的故事女主角選擇了這個時分跟男友分手，因為凌晨三點像是一個臨界點，她知道自己的生活需要改變。其實大家也一樣，可能你要決定到外國讀書，或是轉另一份工作，每當你發現生活需要改變時，凌晨三點是一個好時間。」
The inspiration behind the creation of "3AM" is that Aga had always wanted to write a song about the early hours of the morning. "I think the early hours of the morning are very special to Hong Kong people because it's one of the few times when you can quiet down and reflect on the trivialities of life, allowing you to better understand yourself. In the story of "3AM", the female protagonist chooses to break up with her boyfriend at this time because 3AM is like a critical point, and she knows that her life needs to change. In fact, it's the same for everyone. Maybe you need to decide to study abroad or switch to another job. Whenever you realize that life needs to change, 3AM is a good time."
