Hi :) This time I have prepared for you a small tutorial on how to create puddles in Unity HDRP and how to make the environment look like during/after rain. Of course, this is just one of the ways you can achieve such an effect, but I tried to show you how you can get a satisfactory effect without using additional shaders or other add-ons.
