It’s the machine we all shy away from at ETC but love its impact on our trained bodies. It can only be used with our head coach and his trainers for proper instructions and feedback. So what’s S-Drive then? It looks like a treadmill but it’s nothing like it. S-Drive combines elements of cardio and resistance training to help train harder, teach smarter, and achieve better. S-Drive has all the benefits of a motorless treadmill, resistance parachutes, a harness system and weighted sled.
