If you don't know how to write captions on Instagram and want to start creating compelling texts that grab your followers' attention, this video is for you. I'm going to give you tips for writing success and help you learn how to use emojis in your captions.
Until now, this network, which we considered simply a visual network, is showing us that captions are also important, that it's essential to know how to attract a reader on Instagram and how to write compelling captions on Instagram.
An Instagram user first sees your image, which will set the context for what you write next. First the image, then the text. But how do you write the perfect Instagram caption? To write it, you should ask yourself these mental questions:
-1. Who are you addressing with this post?
-2. What do you want to communicate?
-3. What's being talked about in your industry right now?
-4. What's happening in the world?
These questions can help you create a strong message that resonates with your audience. From there, you can draw a thread in that direction, including how to write the perfect Instagram caption. Once we have the topic in place, we'll need to spend some time on the first sentence, the most important one, the one that's visible without clicking "more." This part is considered the headline of the text and should generate curiosity.
Users read the first 100 characters first and then decide if they want to continue reading. To introduce your text well, you can use copywriting tricks we've mentioned in previous videos. Including customer testimonials or using data and everyday language will encourage the reader to continue reading.
Once we're clear on this point, it's important to talk about the type of language to use on this social network. You should use the same language your customer uses, and to do that, you need to know them, their interests, and the content they interact with. Use everyday language and create short texts as long as the message is complete. What can you do to start a conversation in such a space? Short?

5. DON'T USE THE PASSIVE VOICE
6. SEPARATE THE TEXT INTO PARAGRAPHS
Emojis are important and can have a positive impact on your posts. Regardless of whether your account is small or large, posts without emojis have lower engagement, so it's essential to understand how to write the perfect Instagram caption. Of course, use them according to the context and the industry you're in.
Using hashtags for accounts with fewer than 1,000 followers is useful so other users can easily find them. This doesn't mean you can't use them if you have more than 1,000, but they shouldn't be too generic. At the end of your post, include a call to action that helps users know what to do when they need it. I've just finished reading the text.
