Cheers fellow Adventurer, I hope your day is well. At least better than Glamek's! Keep in mind, I have NEVER been to Dawnstar before (and know I kinda know why..).
After his shipwreck he manages to swim ashore and find a tent next to a lantern. He sleeps in the blanket, warming it almost instantly to the point you recklessly fall asleep, exhaustion overcoming the natural desire for safety.

.......But you are suddenly awake. Or are you? Are you awake? Is this a dream? It's not a nightmare. It feels. Right. Natural. When in the dream, some form offers you the blood of Beasts, you drink it. 1:29.
....
Then you are out on the tundra. Hunting. Feeding. You no longer feel the cold. Not the exhaustion.
....
You do not fear.
You only hunger.

Glamek wakes up from the dream, warm and refeshed. He SHOULD still feel cold and tired but instead he's full, rested and eager, no longer noticing the blistering cold that you felt yesterday.
It was as if he were wearing a thick, warm coat.
Finally getting situated, Glamek decides to head into Dawnstar. It's a necessity more than anything, trying to get a feel for the land, it's people, and maybe shift around some inventory and be on his way.
Finally entering Dawnstar (8:00), #Glamek is already uncomfortable. Not only is he generally just more anxious--or at least just LESS comfortable around people, this town seems to grate on his nerves even more so.
Perhaps it's just his nerves after a long night after almost, you know, dying. However, the drama, issues, and infighting is something Glamek never cared for in the least.
After entering Windpeak, he strikes out on much of anything. There doesn't seem to be much going on here aside from bitterness and cold.
He meets Erandur, intially denying his request to lend aid and instead heads out to find a bunch of villagers--you guessed it, arguing and fighting (21:15 Horik Halkfhand and Brina Merelis with the Jarl, all of which Glamek currently does not know).
Glamek's interaction with the Stormcloak Nord, Frorkmar Banner-Torn is thick with irony and contempt, the oblivious Stormcloak insults Imperials and Elves, directly to a Half Bosmer, half Imperial.
The leader of the village, called the Jarl Skald, seems bitterly and ignorantly nostalgic. Glamek moves on to other parts of the town, not really finding anything of note or interest.
He decides against his better judgment, to talk to the Jarl and ends up sickened at the sheer hate, vileness, and racism. Even their "faith" seemed heavily rooted in hate and ethnocentrism.
But it also left Glamek kind of mulling over where his actual faith lied. Or if he had any?
Speaking of faith, he meets back up with Erandur (37:40) and after a short bit of conversing he agrees to accompany the Priest of Mara. After initially getting lost, he meets Erandur at Nightcaller Temple (43:10) and the two head in.
While the two move about, he cannot help but note that he doesn't TRUST the elf. Now, trust is VERY hard to come by to a half elf. Do not hold your breath.
But if a half elf KNOWS you are hiding something, consider it all but a closed issue.
It isn't until passing through some magical gateway of sorts along with an eerie, unnatural, glowing mist (46:20) that Glamek noticed something was NOT right here and his attention snapped back to the seriousness of the situation at hand.
Suddenly, the dead start to rise when the two arrive at another barrier. Finally, #Erandur opens up, admitting his past as a daedric priest. He then tells his story 47:25 as Glamek entertains the thought of throwing the sneaking elf through the gate.
After finding some book for the priest and clearing the area of risen orcs and devotees, (60:00) the two decide to totally drug the Half-Elf and allow him to...you know...
....travel in dreams and manifest that into reality.
Makes a LOT of sense. Take drugs, dream your way into some other area of existence.....
In spite of his doubt, he goes ahead. At 63:55, he drinks up.
Enjoy the TRIP back into history!
HIGHLIGHT: 70:20. "SHOT THROUGH THE SPINE! And you're to blame!"
Things conclude when the half elf has his mind intruded upon, something he does NOT take kindly too. He doesn't mind Daedra, but he DOES mind deceit.
The two head back to the inn and exhausted, Glamek unceremoniously heads to the tavern to rent a room and turn in.
-BREAK-
This was a doozy! I think this was one of my favorite videos to date, a LOT of action and a LOT of role play.
Take it easy all, hope to see YOU on our next adventure.
