I know this was my number ONE concern amongst everything else during my pregnancy as a first time mom ...WHAT IS A #BIRTHINGPLAN? WHAT DO I INCLUDE IN MY #BIRTHINGPLAN??
SO I am posting this video to hopefully help guide you new mommas on what to include in your birthing plan and why! #motherhood
These points are what I narrowed it down to and are most important to me. Please use these points as a outline if you like :
1.I would like #skin-to-skin after delivery
2.Delayed cord cutting until after pulsation stops(30-60 seconds)
3. In the event that I need a #c-section I would like a gentle c-section
4.Do not perform an #episiotomy
5. I would like an #epidural
6.Please put/scan into my file
