As soon as a person sincerely wants to understand their desires, they face the inevitable question: whose desires are these? Most often, people spend their entire lives fulfilling the desires of others, seeking love, but they never receive it. According to Vedic knowledge, there is a special day that allows not only material but also spiritual desires to be fulfilled if a person performs austerity for one day. The key is to choose the right day. This day is called Ekadashi, the 11th lunar day. A raw food diet or a water fast for the first day is also practiced.
