Issue the following command in the Command Prompt started as Administrator:
Dism /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /AcceptEula /ProductKey:12345-12345-12345-12345-12345
Check license is activated after reboot in Administrator Power Shell prompt:
Get-CimInstance SoftwareLicensingProduct -Filter "Name like 'Windows%'" [pipe char]
[To right arrow][To right arrow] where { $_.PartialProductKey } [pipe char] select Description, LicenseStatus
