To resize the partitions of Windows.
Go to start menu and right-click on it then click on disk management.
A new window will open you can now select any drive which one you want to resize.
Right click on drive and select shrink. Put the size of MBs for shrinking the drive and click okay.
Now you will see a space as unallocated, you can now create a new partition with this space. To create new partition, right-click on unallocated space and select 'New Simple Volume'. Follow the on screen instructions to format it.
