Even though Gepard seems to be a straight up upgrade of March 7 as he is AOE shielder and also being ice element who can freeze enemy from his skill, I still think Gepard cannot fully replace March's role because her shield also draws aggro, and March has a much thicker single target shield that can be more useful in some situations
