Always Open External Links in a New Tab in Wordpress
There's a definite user experience battle between people who think that websites should default to opening links in new tabs versus opening links in the same tab.
I'm not really going to take a side on that debate here, but what I will do is show you how to make it so that all external links from your site open in new tabs. I'll also cover why you might want to do this, strictly from an SEO perspective.
