CREATE ENCRYPTED DOCUMENT | RESTRICT EDITING IN YOUR DOCUMENT | TRACK CHANGES |MICROSOFT OFFICEWORD
Hello everyone
In this video, you will get to know the ways to protect the document in three different ways and the outcome of each way is difference from one another.
The three ways are :
1. Track changes
2. Restrict editing
3. Encrypt with password.
In track changes, you will be able to know where the third party has done editing. You can accept or reject those editions. There is a risk that the third party may get to know that you have your track changes on, the party can simply off the track changes. To avoid that risk you can just lock the track changes. In that case, to off the track changes the password will be needed.
In restrict editing, you can restrict the third party from doing any kind of editing in the document with the help of a password. The third party will be able to only read the document.
In encrypt with password, the third party cannot even open your document. A password is required to open a document which wil be set by you.
