The Flash After Effects Running Effect and BREAKDOWN
This effect was created all in after effects outside of getting a backed animation of my flash and reverse flash characters running. Now this is a more advanced way of creating the effect in my opinon (pending any new tutorials and using other effects lol) I'll be attemping an easier version of the effect with the stock advanced lightning plugin that after effects and most fx softwares come with.
