TLDW Stats Summary:
Downtier RU server exclusive vehicle from tier 10 special to tier 9 premium
Visually, it's the same vehicle - still has 122mm, 80mm frontal hull, and siege mode (no autoloader)
Stats adjusted arbitrarily for down-tier
Gun performance stayed relatively the same compared to original stats on RU though better aim time but worse accuracy --- Slightly less DPM and ammo count
Frontal armor stayed the same at 80mm; side and rear armor got reduced
Mobility got dramatically nerfed from ~24 hp/ton to ~15 hp/ton and slower top speed
Quick going into siege mode and decent time going out of siege mode
Crap view range (as expected)
4 Man crew = better skill spread & great camo
