For maximum efficiency, the Precea 6000-2FCC is equipped with the new FTender front hopper for fertilization. Filling volumes of 1,600 l or 2,200 l lead to less downtime and thus more performance. The FTender has electrical dosing and control via the ISOBUS terminal as standard. Calibration is possible here using the optional TwinTerminal directly on the front tank. You can find the supplied scales and a folding bucket safely stowed near the easily accessible dispenser.
The FTender offers added value in that it can also be used as a seed hopper in the Avant sowing combination. But it can also be combined with the Amazone soil cultivation system, for example to apply catch crops and / or fertilizer in one operation.
The system of the hydraulic shifting tramline is used to create maintenance tramlines without switching off the singling units and thus reducing the amount of seed. The separation units are not switched off for the tramline, but moved. In addition to moving the units, the AMAZONE Precea also moves the fertilizer coulter. The maximum displacement of the units is 400 mm. However, this path can also be limited if the long distance is not required.
The hydraulic tramline can be used both symmetrically and asymmetrically. With symmetrical shifting, the cylinders for shifting on the right and left side of the machine are switched at the same time. With asymmetrical shifting, only one cylinder is switched, and thus only one unit is shifted. For example, the driver achieves a tire lane for the maintenance device on the first pass and the second lane for the maintenance device on the subsequent trip. To relieve the driver, the system is integrated into the ISOBUS machine software and reacts automatically as soon as the tramline is created.
The system of the hydraulic shifting tramline is very flexible and thus offers many possible combinations of track width, tire width and maintenance working width depending on the working width of the precision seeder. The hydraulic sliding tramline can be used on all Precea product types, with the exception of telescopic machines.
Maintaining an even placement depth on changing soils or in the case of uneven reconsolidation are a particular challenge for technology and users.
As an extension of the hydraulic coulter pressure adjustment, AMAZONE offers the SmartForce automatic coulter pressure control for the Precea Super precision seed drills.
The special feature of this system is that the driver does not specify the coulter pressure, but rather sets a contact force in the terminal. In the field, this contact force is controlled by measuring bolts. This contact force then varies due to different soils.

On the basis of the measured contact force on the PreTeC coulter, SmartForce regulates the required coulter pressure so that the placement depth remains constant. This automatically adjusts the coulter pressure to the different soil conditions while driving. The intended vertical force and placement depth are thus safely adhered to under all soil conditions.
Ensuring a uniform placement depth and optimal pressure at the same time relieves the driver, enables high field emergence and lays the foundation for good yields.
