From Failure to a New Beginning: Janik's Way Out of the Crisis I 37 Grad
Young and successful: that's how Janik saw himself for a long time. Until the family business had to file for bankruptcy and his future plans were over.

Janik's path was mapped out. He joined the family business at a young age and in his mid-twenties he worked in management. Then the company went bankrupt. The family home and the company were lost. Janik was confronted with a flood of feelings: helplessness, fear, worry, anger and disappointment. The failure hits him hard, but the winding up of the company leaves him no time to process his emotions; it's time to look ahead. After the bankruptcy, Janik moves to Munich and quickly looks for a job. "The main thing is to do something!" He changes jobs several times because he doesn't know what he's looking for. It is only through his current boss Daniel, who trusts him and believes in him, that Janik finds self-confidence and direction again. Today, Janik's family is living a new life. His parents have overcome the crisis and are enjoying a new phase of life in a mobile home. The bankruptcy proceedings were completed in the summer of 2023. Janik has learned to free himself from the feelings of guilt he had long harbored towards his parents.
