This clip is from the movie 'The Wind and the Lion' (1975), a movie inspired by the Perdicaris incident (1904). Although president Roosevelt dispatched seven warships and several Marine companies to Tangier to convince the Sultan to accede to Raisuni's demands, the Us Marines never raided the Pasha's castle like portrayed in the movie.
