ACT OF CONTRITION | CATHOLIC PRAYERS
We want to share this prayer, which is ideal when we have offended others.
The prayer says:
Act of Contrition
My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart.
I am sorry for the Hell I deserved and for the Heaven I lost;
but I am even more sorry,
because by sinning I offended a God so good and so great as You.
I would rather have died than have offended You,
and I firmly resolve,
to sin no more,
and to avoid all occasions of sin.
Amen.
