Easy Bokeh Background - 5 Minute Cards
In today's 5 Minute Cards Video, I show you an easy way to create the bokeh effect. This is a photography trick that blurs the background and results in soft looking glowing circles. There are lots of ways to achieve this but I made it easy with a stencil, some ink and a spritz of water. This background would also make a great underwater scene!
