1 minute Cow challenge - Fighters Destiny (N64)
alias "How to beat Ushi in Rodeo mode"
I've used this strategy to remain in the middle of the ring:
Inashi throw to get Ushi back turned and then hold Hirari since he can't throw you back turned;
repeat this a couple of times to get past 1 minute easily.
