I suggest downloading CODMVM it will help you skim through your demos!
MVM:

(In your game files you need to change the Iw4x.exe to Iw4m.exe for mvm to see the game!)(This also means your game might not open through xlabs, just open the iw4m.exe and it will all be normal)
demos should appear in your mod folder, if not look in your data and userraw folders
