The whole fight was done using the Umbra Clock Tower and Colour My World guns. I just rotated the stick and pressed the punch button the whole time, while dodging when it was appropriate.
This is the hidden Golem chapter on Expert Mode. To get the Golem chapter, find all 4 Blue Medallion shards on Thule in Chapters 1, 4, 7 and 10.
