First, let's talk about Pinterest. Founded in 2010, Pinterest is a visual discovery and bookmarking platform where users can find inspiration for various interests, from home decor and fashion to recipes and travel. It allows users to share and discover new ideas through "pins" and "boards," making it a valuable resource for creative and project ideas.
Now, let's begin with pinning on Pinterest:
Launch the Pinterest app on your mobile device.
On your feed, tap open any image or post you want to pin.
Once the image is open, tap on the "Save" option at the bottom of your screen.
You will see various options to save this post to your existing boards or to create a new board.
Choose the board you want to pin the post to. For example, I'll pin this post to a board named "Art."
After selecting the board, the post will be pinned.
To view this pin, go back to your profile by tapping the profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Once on your profile, go to "Pins" at the top.
You can see various pins on your Pinterest profile. You can also tap on the "Created by you" option to see the pins you've uploaded. For instance, here is the pin I just uploaded to my Pinterest account.
