Please make sure you have Android Studio installed otherwise adb not work
please make sure your developer mode is active by tapping 5 times on build number inside software info android settings

please make sure to turn on tethring hotspot on phone and conect it to pc
commands used by adb
adb tcpip 5555
adb connect 50.255.255.255:5555
please put your mobile ip address from status info located on android phone
