found problem in Satellite Imagery (remote sensing)

1]we have C2 and C1 panchromatic (mono ) or Liss-iv Multispectral ortho-kit data.
2]we did georef . And orthorectified using RCP and DEM data from Bhuvan 30m.
3]Before using DEM we corrected void data (imperfection of raster ).
4]After georef & orthorectified we take coordinate form C2 and put(cross-check) on world Imagery(ESRI), Google also on Bhuvan but is there sift of Approx. 650m and more …
5]Also when we were doing mosaic of C2 some of the nadir points are meeting but somewhere find problems regard feature continuity are not get I think problem in RPC.
6]In mosaic, we use mosaic pro tools from Erdas and set overlap function select multiline exists or feathering stitch.
7]If is there some possibility or solution regarding this problem inform as soon as possible.
