Changes in E invoicing at Amazon effective from April 17, 2024 Update E invoice Credentials Amazon

The change that has happened is that the company that generates e-invoices for Amazon has migrated from one company to another.
Now migration from Clayfin Technologies Private Limited to Cygnet Infotech Private Limited has taken place
For which those who had earlier created a user API on the GST e-invoice portal will now have to update it and create a user API for the new company.
Or if you have not yet created a user API on the e-invoice portal, then to know how to create it, you will first have to check whether you are eligible for it or not. To check that, go to the e-invoice status of tax payer on your e-invoice portal. Click then enter GST at that place and captcha will also have to be filled, then press Go button, after that you will know your eligibility status for e-invoicing.
If you are eligible then you have to create login on e invoice portal, you have to create user api for amazon as shown in this video, I will also add this video link in the description.
After creating the user API, you will also have to update it on the Amazon portal.
Log in to your amazon seller portal and click on tax settings there you will see enroll for e invoicing click on it
Tick the checkbox and create user API credentials in that and submit

जिसके लिए जिन्होंने पहले gst इ इनवॉइस पोर्टल पर यूजर एपीआई क्रिएट किया था अब उन्हें वो अपडेट करके नई कंपनी का यूजर एपीआई बनाना होगा
or अगर अभी तक आपने ई इनवॉइस पोर्टल पर यूजर एपीआई नहीं बनाया है तो वो कैसे बनेगा उसके लिए आपको पहले ये देखना होगा कि आप इसके लिए योग्य हैं या नहीं वो चेक करने के लिए आपके ई इनवॉइस पोर्टल पर ई इनवॉइस स्टेटस ऑफ टैक्स पेयर पर क्लिक करें फिर उस स्थान पर जीएसटी डालें और कैप्चा भी भरना होगा, फिर गो बटन दबाए उसके बाद आपको ई-इनवॉइसिंग के लिए अपनी eligiblity की स्थिति पता चल जायेगी
यदि आप पात्र हैं तो आपको ई इनवॉइस पोर्टल पर लॉगिन बनाना होगा, आपको अमेज़ॅन के लिए उपयोगकर्ता एपीआई बनाना होगा जैसा कि इस वीडियो में दिखाया गया है, मैं इस वीडियो लिंक को description में भी add kar dunga
यूजर एपीआई बनाने के बाद आपको अमेज़न पोर्टल पर भी अपडेट करना होगा
अपने amazon seller portal में लॉग इन करें और टैक्स सेटिंग पर क्लिक करें वहां आपको enroll for e invoicing दिखाई देगा उस पर क्लिक करें
चेकबॉक्स पर टिक करें और उसमें उपयोगकर्ता एपीआई क्रेडेंशियल बनाएं और सबमिट करें
