Fourth Estate Chambers managed to record how an area that was closed by Civil Defense today serves as an improvised warehouse where medical supplies and medicines are stored under deplorable conditions such as exposed pipes, drainage outlets, leaks and insects. The chronicle of a day in this Ministry of Health hospital includes stories of patients in the Emergency Department who must cross the entire hospital outdoors due to the lack of an X-ray machine in the area.
