Cauliflower in batter without eggs
Today we'll be making cauliflower in batter. You might say, "But batter is made with eggs!" And you'd be right. But we'll be making a vegan batter, completely egg-free. The cauliflower turns out absolutely delicious in it! It's finger-licking good!

Recipe:
1 head of cauliflower
1 bunch of dill
5-6 tablespoons of wheat flour
water
1 vegan "egg" (3 tablespoons of flaxseed meal + 6 tablespoons of warm water)
Seasons: Herbes de Provence, paprika, curry
Salt to taste
1 cup of vegetable oil
