How I'm Developing my next success Indie Game / Journey of a 45+ year old Game Developer. DevLog #1
Crude the game : This devlog is the story of how a 45+ old game developer starts to develop his next success game for Steam. This new Indie game is a Fantasy action platformer game with metroidvania elements. I'm aiming an AAA quality that allows me to be competitive on the indie game market.The game has modern graphics but will have the feelings of retro games that we all have played in the arcades. For who is asking : "how to make my first game ?", or at least, "how to start my first indie game ?", this devlog could be seen as a tutorial for game devs who are absolute beginners. Programming a game has never been easy. I try to share my experience because I know that indie game motivation is so important in our community. I hope that this could be a little help if you wonder how to make games even if you are a beginner.I am soon 50 years old, and I want to encourage everybody ! Cheasing dreams is never too late.
