Toffeeshare is a free Peer to Peer (P2P) file-sharing service focused on privacy and security. We store nothing online: simply close your browser to stop sending. We always find the shortest path from sender to receiver meaning sometimes your data doesn't even have to leave your network!

No file size limit
There's no limitation on the size of the files you can send or the amount. You are only limited to what your device (or browser) can handle. To ensure maximum performance make sure to keep your browser up-to-date.

Only the receiver can see your files
Only you and the receiver can access your files. ToffeeShare currently uses an implementation of DTLS 1.3. Your data is encrypted end to end, and can only be read by your receiver (and you of course).

Better for the environment
Because we don't store your data we use almost no power! Plus our server runs on renewable energy (wind energy). By using ToffeeShare you'll have a much smaller carbon footprint than when using a cloud storage provider.

Nothing stored online
When the transfer is complete your files are no longer on the internet, so there's no risk of anyone hacking a server to get to your files: it's simply not there.

So far we've transferred well over 15 million files. That adds up to over half a petabyte worth of data that would've been stored online somewhere. One petabyte equals 1.000.000 (one million) gigabytes
