LIMONCELLO MOJITO
INGREDIENTS
Ice
30 ml lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
60 ml Limoncello
30 ml Rum White
8 mint leaves
Sparkling water
PREPARATION
In a tall glass, add the lime juice and sugar, dissolve a little with a spoon, add the limonchello and white rum,
mix a little more with a spoon, add the mint and mix gently without breaking the leaves, add ice and
fill with the sparkling water, mix a little with a spoon. Garnish with a mint sprig, a lime wedge,
and add a wicker.
HEAVEN LIMONCELLO
INGREDIENTS
Ice
15 ml strawberry juice
15 ml lemon juice
30 ml Limoncello
2 strawberries
Sparkling wine
PREPARATION
In a mixing glass, add the strawberry juice, lemon juice, and limoncello, add ice, stir with a spoon to combine, and chill. In a tall, narrow glass, add the strawberries, strain our mixture from the mixing glass, and top up with the very chilled sparkling wine of your choice.

PREPARATION
