Working together, SRH and Health Yourself Guide interviewed doctors, nurses, dieticians, and patients to create short, fun, funny educational videos about type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Patients can access the videos any time, anywhere, to stay informed and feel empowered to make good decisions about their health.
