OnePlus One No command at boot
You see "No command" flashing at boot with a fallen droid, red triangle and exclamation mark followed by:
Supported API: 3
E: failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_locale
Not to worry, you can simply solve this by flashing a new recovery. I recommend unofficial TWRP by Tugapower, I've flashed at least 50 times with this baby (different versions).

Just hold power and volume up while you see all this craziness going on, eventually you will see "fastboot". Don't worry if this doesn't immediately work, it can take a few times to work. Make sure you hold it long enough (about 10 seconds). You can simply flash a new recovery from there on. Relax :)
