Continuing with the Underground 2 project, here are all the cars in Need for Speed Underground 2 ranked worst to best for racing.

All cars have been upgraded with Extreme performance (no uniques) and and body upgrades. No NOS has been used, and all the cars I've tested used manual transmissions without stability control.
The best lap time a vehicle can achieve around a circuit determines how good it is and therefore its place on this list.
Each vehicle was driven multiple times around Grouse Grind and the Outer Ring, with the best lap time being recorded. For most vehicles, this equates to 10 laps per vehicle, but it can often be more to ensure the absolute best lap time has been achieved with the vehicle.

Notes:
It's essential with the Corolla not to use any differential upgrade
It's essential to install hydraulics and use them at the start of races
For RWD cars you want to bounce the fronts
for AWD and FWD cars you just want to lift (not bounce) the rear
During drag races you want to lift the rears of all cars.
Tuning:
Tyre Grip and Downforce: Always to the max
ECU & Turbo: Tune in favor of higher RPM's

Rear Ride Height: Maximum (3-5 from Minimum for AWD)

Front Springs: 4 clicks from Minimum

Rear Shocks: Minimum
SWAY BARS
Front Sway Bar: Car depended, detailed list further down
Rear Sway Bar: Minimum
HANDLING & BRAKES
Front Tire Grip: Maximum
Rear Tire Grip: Maximum
Steering Ratio: Maximum
Brake Bias: 0.05
FRONT SWAY BAR TUNES
Start at the Minimum setting, Increase if you want less oversteer/more understeer
SET TO ± 2.50:
206, MX5, Civic, Celica, Golf, RX8, RX7, Impreza
SET TO ± 5.00:
Hyundai, Sentra, IS300, RSX, G35, EVO
SPECIFIC CARS:
Mustang: ± 6.00
GTO: ± 8.00
240SX: 10.00
For the SUV's you want the Front suspension in general to be about 8 or so clicks from the minimum.
