TUTORIAL: How to install Grand Theft Auto IV on PC and play online (WORKING Social Club 2017!)

(Video Re uploaded because of bs reasons) Here is a tutorial on how to install GTA 4 on PC. This should work on hard copy and steam, and Windows 7, 8 & 10. If you have any questions, don't forget to ask!

Instructions:

Step 1 - (1:58) Basic Install:
Install the game as normal, like you would any other game.

Step 2 - (3:21) Release Date Check:
Change the date of your PC to somewhere between 2008-2010. Once you have completed the date check, reset it back to normal. (Do not launch the game yet).

Step 3 - (4:52) Patch 8: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/...

Step 4 - (5:56) Login to Social Club:
Type in your R*SC email and password. It will probably tell you Social Club Login failed; Keep trying. It will work at some point.

Step 5 - (9:18) Paul.dll
Make sure the last time you logged into GTA IV, you successfully logged into Social Club. Go to your GTA IV directory and remove Paul.dll. This will allow you to bypass signing into Social Club, from now on.

Step 6: Play.

This will allow you to start up GTA IV without disc 1.

2) If your game doesn't launch after the Social club login succeeds and you are still on desktop download this and install it :
