Orgrimmar from World of Warcraft recreated on Unreal Engine 5
While the gates and the immediate surroundings are ready.
Youtuber Axcel has been working on Project Grunt for over a month. So he called the Unreal Engine 5 recreation of Orgrimmar, the capital of the Horde from World of Warcraft.
We are talking about creating a kind of remake of Orgrimmar based on new technologies. It is planned to recreate not only the location, but also some mechanics.
In the current version of Project Grunt, you can walk around the Orgrimmar gates and enter the city itself. The gates open and close, wyverns hang in the sky (you can also fly on one), goblins jump nearby.
Axcel has not yet made Project Grunt publicly available. For the YouTuber, this is not the first project on Unreal Engine 5 related to the Warcraft universe: in the summer he showed how a remake of Warcraft 3 could look on this engine.
