Louis Armstrong recorded What a Wonderful World in 1967. It was a hit single in the UK, but not so much in the US. The song was featured in the closing scenes of the radio & TV shows The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. In 1988, Armstrong's recording appeared in the film Good Morning Vietnam, despite the film being set in 1965 — two years before it was recorded. This arrangement by Russ Foris was performed by the (awesome) 2008 International Barbershop quartet champion OC Times. I sang it a half-step lower than they did.
