Citrix: Enabling Citrix Profile Manager On Client
Until citrix profile manager is enabled by modifying the ini file, it will just sit passively on the client as a service. Once it is enabled (by modifying the client's ini file), administrator account profiles will not be 'captured' for use; only users will.
